Pancake Roll Ups
Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes
4 Medium Eggs
225g Soft Cheese
1 tsp. Butter
- Put the eggs and soft cheese into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on a high heat. Add two tablespoons of batter at a time and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add your chosen toppings, roll up and enjoy. It really is as simple as that!
